On behalf of the Organising Committee, we would like to extend you an invitation to attend the CUHK-Mayo Clinic-Asia Cardiovascular Summit held on 26-27 March 2011 in Hong Kong.

Building on the success of the past 2 meetings held in 2007 and in 2009, the Division of Cardiology of the Department of Medicine and Therapeutics of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Mayo Clinic, USA will jointly organise the meeting again in 2011.  With equal rigour, we do hope that the Summit will set a pivotal platform for leading healthcare experts worldwide to share their expertise and experiences and foster fruitful collaborations.

The meeting will highlight the latest development in the diagnosis and management of cardiovascular diseases.  This year, we are excited to introduce a certificate course for allied health professional on cardiac emergencies and interventions featuring video demonstrations and hands-on workshops. Distinguished faculty from the Mayo Clinic and other parts of the world will share their state-of-the-art advancements, latest scientific achievements and expertise at the meeting.  We are confident that the meeting can inspire innovative ideas, deepen our relationships and further our cooperation to quest for excellence in research and patient care.
