Abstract Submission

Abstracts on any clinical experimental or investigative aspects of the following themes are welcome for consideration by the Committee for oral or poster presentation:

● Brain Tumours

● Multiple Sclerosis and Neuromyelitis Optica

● Neurodegenerative Diseases

● Stroke

Please complete the Abstract Submission Form and send to neurology@cuhk.edu.hk.

 

Submission Deadline: 29 December 2014

Acceptance Notification: 15 January 2015

 

Guidelines on Abstract Submission

  1. Abstracts should be written in English.
  2. Each abstract must not exceed 300 words.
  3. Abstract title, author name(s) and institution(s) should be clearly stated.
  4. ABSTRACT TITLE should be typed in CAPTITALS.
  5. AUTHORS' NAMES should be typed in CAPITALS and followed by the name(s) and full address(es) of the institution(s) where the scientific work was undertaken. Underline the name of the PRESENTING AUTHOR.
  6. The content of the abstract should include Background & Purpose, Methods, Results and Conclusion(s). You may include up to two Figures and two References for each abstract.
  7. The abstract should be in Microsoft Word format and each file should contain only ONE abstract.
  8. The presenting author has to register for the Conference as delegate, otherwise the abstract(s) will not be considered in the conference proceedings.

1. Please prepare and display your poster(s) according to the following guidelines:

Max. 120 cm width x 180 cm height

Set-up Date / Time:

6 February 2015 (Friday) 9:30am - 10:30am

Dismount Date / Time:

7 February 2015 (Saturday) 1:00pm - 2:00pm

2. We will assist you to set up the poster(s) during the set-up time. Please note that the poster(s) should

    be dismounted on the above dismount time. The Organizing Committee is not responsible for posters

    that have not been removed / collected by the end of the meeting.
