The Welcome Reception will be held on the evening of Wednesday, 14 November 2018 at the congress venue.

The VasCog Party will be held on the evening of Friday, 16 November 2018 at House of Jasmine, Harbour City.

Official Language

The official language of the Congress is English.

 

Trade Exhibition

An exhibition of medical equipment and pharmaceutical brochures will be held during the Congress on 14 - 17 November 2018.

 

Academic Accreditations (for local participants)

Continuing Medical Education (CME), Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points will be applied from relevant Hong Kong colleges and associations.

 

Certificate of Attendance

A Certificate of Attendance will be issued upon registration and is available for collection together with the delegate's kit at the registration counter during the Congress.

 

Liability and Insurance

The Organizer is not responsible for injury or damage involving persons and property during the Congress. Participants are advised to make their own arrangements for their medical, travel and personal insurance.

Equipment and all related display materials installed by Exhibitors / Sponsors are not insured by the Organizer, and the Organizer under no circumstances will be liable for any loss, damage or destruction caused to equipment, goods or property belonging to Exhibitors/Sponsors.
