Welcome to the Master of Science Programme in Stroke and Clinical Neurosciences (CNS) at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Stroke and neurological diseases are a rising burden in our society. We are the first in Hong Kong to offer a Master’s degree in neurology. Our programme is designed to equip nurses, therapists, general physicians and all related health care professionals with the necessary skills and knowledge to face this increasing demand for multi-disciplinary specialists in this area.

Comprehensive and eminently practical, our programme perfectly blends university professors and frontline experts to form our teaching faculty. The curriculum is carefully structured. And with a passion for excellence we have always been at the forefront of professional training in the areas.

Faculty and staff take pride in the notable contribution of our students to their workplace. Not only do they handle neurological cases with calm assurance, many are proactively initiating pilot projects on care and prevention of neurological diseases in their hospitals. Good news for everyone is the soon-coming Centre of Excellence in Neuroscience, which we look forward to with enthusiasm. The Institute will provide specialized clinical services targeting at stroke and neurological diseases.
