Poster Submission
Guideline
1.
Please download the Abstract Submission Guidelines.
2.
These guidelines outline the format that abstracts are to follow.
3.
Abstracts not submitted in this format will not be accepted.
4.
Please type abstracts in English using Microsoft Word program single spaced limited to 250 words. Do not exceed ONE page.
5.
Abstract should be saved as MS Word as document attachment and send to our Secretariat via email: FoodHealth@cuhk.edu.hk together with Abstract Submission Form.
6.
The deadline of submission is 14 June, 2013.
7.
Presenting authors must register for the meeting.
8.
If you have not received an email confirming your abstract 14 days after submission please email: FoodHealth@cuhk.edu.hk to confirm receipt of your abstract.
9.
Notification of abstract status to presenter will be issued on 17 June, 2013 by email.

Poster Presentation
1.
Posters should be a maximum of 90cm (2.95 feet) wide by 120 cm (3.93 feet) high. Preferably A0 size (0.84m x 1.19m).
2.
They must be in portrait orientation and font size should be sufficient to be read at a distance of 1.5m (at least 16 – 22 point print).
3.
Posters must be mounted by the presenter between 8:45 am and 11:00 am on 6th July, 2013.
4.
Drawing pins and staplers will be available at the Reception Counter.
5.
All posters must be removed before 5:30 pm on 6th July, 2013.
