Name Badges

Your name badge is essential for entry to all scientific sessions and social functions of the congress. Entry may be denied for person without the congress name badge.

Tea and Lunch

Tea and lunch will be served to all registered delegates on 18-19 April 2009.

Preview Service

Faculty speakers and oral abstract presenters are required to preview and submit their files well in advance before their presentations. The preview room is located at Seminar Room 3, 1/F which opens on:-

Poster Presentations

Posters are displayed in Seminar Rooms 1 and 2 on 18-19 April 2009.

Trade Exhibition

An exhibition of pharmaceutical products, medical equipments and books will be held throughout the congress period.

Certificate of Attendance

A certificate of attendance will be issued and available for collection at the registration desk during congress period.

The Organiser does not accept responsibility for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Delegates are strongly advised to make or review their own arrangements.
