Authors are invited to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentation on appropriate clinical/scientific topics related to cardiovascular diseases. Abstract presenters will also enjoy waiver on registration fees.

Please send the abstract together with the completed abstract submission form below by email attachment in Microsoft Word format to cardiology@cuhk.edu.hk. |

You will receive a confirmation email after the abstract is properly received before the deadline. |

The abstract should be written in English and typewritten in Microsoft Word
format. Times New Roman 12 point is recommended. |

The abstract should not exceed 300 words. |
| 3) |
Abstract title should be typed in Title case and bold. Do not underline the title. |
| 4) |
Authors' names should be typed under the title and followed by the name and
full address of the institution where the scientific work was undertaken. Underline the name of the presenting author. |

The content of the abstract should contain summarised descriptions of the following:-
‧ Objectives of the study
‧ Methods
‧ Results
‧ Conclusions
